Appointing Marcelo Biesla Will Improve Marseille – Thauvin

Florian-ThauvinThe appointment of Marcelo Biesla will surely improve the clubs ability to win trophies according to the clubs midfielder Florian Thauvin

Biesla is heavily linked with a move to the French giants who have been without a permanent coach since December when Elie Baup was dismissed and Jose Anigo took over on an interim bases.

Biesla is expected to bring with him a lot of discipline which is renowned for and Thauvin is all to aware but claims it would benefit the club

Asked on his no-nonsense style, he told L’Equipe: “That does not worry me at all.

“I have heard what has been attributed to him and if it happens he will bring a lot to Marseille.”

Thauvin was also asked about his career and if he had any regrets leaving Lille for Marseille especially as his former club seems likely to qualify for the Champions League next season and his present club is likely to miss out.

“I do not regret anything, and I congratulate Lille on their season. I am very happy to be here every day, I’ve learned a great deal here,” he added.

“I will 100 per cent be at Marseille next season. I’ve suffered enough to get here in the first place.”
